2. How does OHBI store reports?

OHBI stores reports in the Microsoft Power BI Service under a designated Workspace.

• OHBI Premium Workspace: the default Workspace for all accounts on OHBI.
• User Workspace: the Workspace belonging to an individual or organization.

3. How does OHBI protect data?

OHBI Premium Workspace — OHBI commits to the following:

• The Workspace is secured according to Microsoft Power BI Service standards.
• We do not use the report content in this Workspace for advertising or commercial purposes.

User Workspace:

• The credentials to access a User Workspace must be entered into the OHBI system, after which OHBI applies masking to keep them secure.

4. Does OHBI charge any fees?

• OHBI accounts are free forever.
• Creating and sharing reports on the OHBI Premium Workspace and on User Workspaces is free forever.
